Engineered stone benchtops can weigh over 200kg, placing immense vertical loads on cabinetry boxes. Standard cabinet carcasses must be reinforced with solid top support rails and heavy-duty corner braces.

During the leveling stage, we place high-density shims under key legs to distribute the benchtop load evenly, preventing cabinet carcasses from deflecting or cracking the stone seams.
